About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hotel or commercial housekeeping required
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
• Strong communication and motivation skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Train new staff
• Conduct performance inspections
• Handles scheduling
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet sanitation, health and company standards
