About The Position

The Equipment Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Equipment Service department, including a staff of technicians, equipment installers and movers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of work experience.
Prior experience managing people and budgets.
Proficient computer knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communications skills both internally and customer-facing
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities
Strong analytical skills and ability to convey that information succinctly and clearly.
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service through response, quality, and speed to market. Manages schedules and capacity of workforce, addresses issues, and ensures targets and goals are met.
Improves productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices (e.g., 5S & Lean methodology).
Resolves and responds to customers issues.
Develop a team of safe world class technicians through training and coaching. Drives initiatives and results, audits employee performance, reviews report data to analyze results.
Be a good steward of financial resources. Operate within the Profit and Loss (P&L) budgetary guidelines.
Adapts well to change and unplanned situations; promotes and drives the execution of organizational change within the functional area of focus. Drives employee engagement and organizational health.
