The Environmental Services team plays a significant role in providing exceptional service by ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. We are looking for an engaged leader who will help lead the administrative, operational, and technical activities of the Environmental Services Department to maintain the cleanliness of a high-volume facility and ensure efficiency and quality service. Role Overview: Support the department’s vision to lead in Environmental Services. Work with the shift manager to ensure efficient, high-quality service. Supervise, train, and evaluate team members in assigned areas. Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure work meets standards. Ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory guidelines. Participate in improvement initiatives and professional development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Environmental Services or related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Services equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong decision-maker who keeps the team moving forward.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible approach.
  • Compassionate and resilient in a healthcare setting.
