Main Function: Responsible for the direct supervision of associates whom perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility. This includes responsibilities for scheduling coverage, selecting associates, orientation/training, performance assessment, coaching, counseling, recognition, discipline, problem solving, and prioritizing work. Assures that high standards of cleanliness and efficiency are maintained per OSHA, DOH, and JC standards. Enforces department, Health System policies and procedures.
