About The Position

The Supervisor of Entertainment Programming & Activations supports the Director in planning and executing entertainment activations, property-wide events, nightlife integrations, and seasonal installations. This role supervises a combined team of coordinators, on-call production assistants, and seasonal staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, managing timelines, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and maintaining compliance with property standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment programming, live event operations, or related roles.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in entertainment or event production.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Conga, INFOR, and Vendor Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of live entertainment production, A/V coordination, and venue logistics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • regular and predictable attendance is expected and an essential function of this position.
  • Must be 21 years of age and eligible for Nevada GCB Gaming License.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for entertainment activations and programming, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
  • Lead onsite operations during load-ins, rehearsals, and activations, upholding safety and property standards of excellence.
  • Develop and distribute event calendars and fact sheets detailing timelines, hospitality needs, production requirements, and roles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (A/V, Facilities, Banquets, Security, Nightlife, Hotel, Player Development, Marketing) to align programming needs and venue logistics.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and oversee event advancing to ensure all hospitality and production details are communicated.
  • Maintain Live Entertainment Tax (LET) compliance and update related calendars.
  • Assist with concept development, pre-production planning, and task management for activations.
  • Support contract documentation and compliance for entertainment vendors and talent.
  • Utilize systems including Conga (contracts), INFOR (payments), and Vendor Portal (vendor profiles).
  • Represent the department at events to support staff and ensure operational excellence.
  • Partner with Special Events & Promotions Manager on shared entertainment needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Direct and support departmental staff, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide coaching and enforce safety and production standards.
