About The Position
The purpose of the Engineering Supervisor is to plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. In this role, you must be able to guide your team toward their goals, ensure that all members of the team are productive, and resolve problems as they arise.
