ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.

Requirements

Experience in successfully leading a crew of people through tasks.
Must be willing to give orders for daily assignments.
Ability to operate Heavy Equipment.
Prompt and steady attendance is vital to the success of this position.
Must place Safety of self and others ahead of everything else. All support must be well thought out, with safety in mind, before started.
Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of jobs and understand deadlines.
Must have ability to work within a defined schedule and communicate any deviations.
Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Must be able to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.
Will be required to in both cold and very hot environments.
Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Must be able and willing to lead personnel in the execution of the daily and long term assignments.
Experience in performing and completing work in an Aerospace environment.
Experience reading and understanding blueprints.
Great knowledge of Microsoft Office.
An ability to create reports in Excel.
Experience in safely building “Safe Plans of Actions” for test stand crews.
Must have the ability to account for Projects, People and equipment in a busy environment.
The ability to stop an assignment and move to a new one at a moment’s notice.
A person that can prioritize tasks in constantly changing environment.
Wear and ensure the support team wears all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Must be able to interact with the Air Force Customer and Commercial Test Customers and earn their respect.
