About The Position

The Supervisor, Engineering Design Services will be responsible for leading work efforts for design services team members. Provide support of new product innovation as well as sustaining products. Supports business related activities for continuous improvements of design processes, and products. The role supports growth and development of design team members. Support 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software application activities. This position will serve our US Air Division, located in Fort Smith, AR.
