Overview Schedules all work to be performed. Conducts regular inspections of work completed and reports any problems and/or delays. Organizes and directs staff. Assist with the performance reviews. Assesses qualifications and competency of staff and contracted personnel. Interviews contractors and receives and analyzes bids. Ordinates and schedules work to be completed by outside vendors/contractors. Works with department director on all personnel issues. Qualifications: Five years facilities maintenance experience is desired (preferably in hospital setting). Familiarity with building codes, NFPA, Infection Control, and The Joint Commission standards is strongly preferred. Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
