All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change. Manages and develops staff for Small Business (MA/NH) and Municipal (NH) energy efficiency programs, including hiring, performance management, and reporting. Oversee budgets, invoicing, expense tracking, energy savings, and the creation of RFPs. Coordinates strategic activities among customers, administrators, consultants, and vendors to deliver customer‑focused programs and develop new value‑added services. Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and contractors. Leads process improvement initiatives to ensure timely, on‑budget, and well‑scoped outcomes. Ensures compliance with regulatory filings and proper oversight of ratepayer funds. Prepares and presents testimony before regulatory and legislative bodies. Represents Eversource at national energy efficiency conferences and stakeholder events.
