Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation Where will you work: Our New Wales Concentrates facility – 3095 County Road 640 West, Mulberry, FL 33860. In this role you will work four 10 hour days per week. Work hours are typically, 6AM -4PM. Join our team as the Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance, where you will lead and develop a team of EI Technicians while driving excellence in asset health and maintenance execution. In this role, you will oversee key reliability tools such as PM, PDM, and RCFA, guide effective planning and scheduling workflows, and ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards. You will conduct audits and inspections, authorize work permits, support maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities while fostering strong engagement and performance within your team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS
• 5+ years of related experience
• Journeyperson Electrician or related certification
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
