Responsible for supervising the operation of Casino Cashier personnel during an assigned shift. Verifies funds of assigned cashiers and performs all related duties during that shift; maintains responsibility for all transactions within assigned cashier offices; issue and retrieve keys, directly monitors, coaches and counsels cashiers as necessary. Handles all customer disputes and questions and acts as source of information to all customer inquiries; ensures customer satisfactions and adheres to all gaming regulations and other governmental agencies as applicable. The term "management" includes duties such as interviewing; training; directing the work of employees; maintaining production; appraising employees' productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending promotions or other changes (evaluations); handling employees' grievances and complaints; disciplining employees; planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing legal compliance matters.
