Responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily Casino floor operations on a specific shift for beverage and slots, ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided by all employees. E ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS: Promotes internal and external guest development during an assigned shift, insures excellent service delivery in their area of responsibility, and maintains communication within the slot department and with other departments. Promotes teamwork,encourages employee ideas and feedback and works as an attendant when notscheduled to supervise. Timely andeffective resolution of guest complaints. Consistently observe and provide feedback on service standards. Effectively manage their floor and insure excellent guest service. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, bothverbal and written. Strong leadership abilities. Familiar with Word and Excel, Rumba and SDS preferred. A role model who consistently leads by example. Six to twelve months of slot operations experience, or equivalent supervisory experience. PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. Must be able to lift up to40 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items. Must be able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time. Must have a sense of urgency and keep up with fast paced business practices. Must be able to work in stressful situations. Must possess basic math skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
