Supervisor, Customs Brokerage (1st Shift) - Dallas/FTW TX
About The Position
Supervise all customs-related activities in the assigned division/LOBs to ensure smooth sailing daily customs operations and ensuring that all shipments are cleared quickly and efficiently. This includes compliance with company policies, customs regulations and addressing non-compliance cases. In addition, dependent on the assigned division/LOBs, the incumbent may also need to work with external vendors (2PL/3PL) and manage contingency workers engaged to meet operational needs. This role will also ensure that functional strategies are implemented and support the (Senior) Manager, Customs Brokerage in managing the performance and capabilities of the team.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations
- Address non-compliance cases
