About The Position

General Summary Supervises personnel and assists in managing the Imaging Department daily operations. Provides imaging services. Performs duties as on call team leader and is able to train new staff. Duties and Responsibilities Evaluates, for effectiveness, all services rendered and makes recommendations regarding addition and deletion of service. Develops and oversees departmental policies, philosophy, plan, goals and objectives. Maintains drug control for department, in conjunction with Pharmaceutical Services. Provides in service education for technologist and participates in instruction Required for All Jobs: Performs other related duties as identified. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 5 years Relevant experience. Required
  • Supervisory experience. Required
  • Registered Technologist-Computed Tomography - ARRT Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • Accredited program in radiologic technology and training in computer tomography procedures. Upon Hire Required
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills.
