About The Position

The purpose of this job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Credit Coordinator team, ensuring that all deals and credit reviews are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Experience Required: At least 5 Years' Experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting financial analyses
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong systems orientation with the ability to rapidly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit department systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily oversight of the Credit Coordinator team; select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising job performance and conducting performance reviews
• Ensure customer deals and credit reviews are accurately and efficiently built and approved
• Review and ensure completion of the daily billing process
• Collaborate with sales, IT, wholesale, freight-only and finance team members to coordinate efforts, streamline processes and improve Guest experience
• Support relationships with the Sales team to prioritize deals and credit reviews
• Review and approve Credit for accounts with large amounts of exposure/requesting extended terms
