Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting or laboratory business settings
- 2+ years of waived testing performance
- ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent; or, 2+ years of KSC experience as a Laboratory Services Supervisor, or ability to obtain ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent within 12 months of employment
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience as a laboratory supervisor. Preceptor/Training resource
Responsibilities
- Under the oversight of the Program Compliance Manager in conjunction with the Laboratory Director, the Compliance Support Supervisor provides administrative support to ensure the consistent quality, safety, and overall compliance of the Laboratory Services Program with department and organization policies and procedures, and local/state/federal regulation
- Serves as ongoing liaison between patient, provider, and other internal/external entities in administration of the Laboratory Services program
