About The Position

The Coding & Billing Supervisor oversees daily operations of the professional
coding and billing team for a hospital-based physician corporation. This role
ensures accuracy, compliance, staff development, and achievement of revenue
cycle performance goals.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification required
• 5+ years of professional coding/billing experience; prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and commercial payer rules.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with EHRs, PM systems, and reporting tools.
