About The Position

Supervisor Clinic Operations at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in 9155 SW Barnes Rd Portland, OR 97225. This position floats between the Behavioral Health Adult Program and the Eating Disorder Program. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. The Supervisor-Office, develops, implements and maintains Outpatient Behavioral Health hospital department operations, workflows and day to day activities of support staff. This position provides support functions to providers, license therapists. Oversees hiring, training, development and competency of patient relations representatives (PRR). Establishes effective EPIC, safety and support workflows to optimize effective and efficient OP BH department functions. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 3 years experience working in a health care environment or clinic
  • Experience with health care functions including but not limited to scheduling, registration, safety coordination, and project organization
  • Experience working as a lead or supervisor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with computerized patient scheduling program
  • EPIC experience
