About The Position

Responsible for the supervising and coordination of departmental activities.
Maintains workflow and operations which ensures prompt and accurate collection
of patient demographic and Insurance information. Ensures excellent customer
service, efficient patient flow, effective communication with patients,
physicians and other hospital departments. The primary goals are Patient,
Customer, Physician satisfaction and accurate billing practices.

St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical
center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus,
regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals
and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.

services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular,
emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine,
rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women’s health, imaging and pediatrics.
