Summary: The Supervisor – Claims is responsible for coaching and developing employees to ensure that department quality and service level requirements are met. This will include monitoring staff quality and productivity results and assisting management with overseeing the daily inventory, turnaround time and quality of claims processed. The Supervisor will also assist management in creating an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, motivating, high-performance culture that focuses on continuous improvement and excellent service.
