This position is responsible for day-to-day operations in Barberton’s Cast House. The role: provides administrative support to department and works to ensure BU metric goals are met (Safety, Quality, Production) accomplishes manufacturing results by: communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Manages the activities of assigned employees. Conducts training, recommends adjustments to pay, completes performance appraisals, initiates timely corrective action, as appropriate (including attendance/tardiness).
