The Business Systems Leader is an integral partner and business liaison between line-of-business operations and Information Technology on technology strategy, planning, and decisions. Incumbents understand and represent user needs as well as business content, procedures, processes, and systems for the business unit(s). The incumbent will supervise teams that partner with business process owners and systems end users to define system requirements, provide user support, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) of new tools and to consult with the business on new technologies and features that contribute to business process efficiencies. The incumbent will supervise/manage and lead a team to represent user needs, direct and empower a team of specialists dedicated to supporting end users. This position is accountable for ensuring the delivery of expert guidance, expeditious technical resolution, and the advancement of best practices that contribute to seamless business operations across all supported platforms. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Position headquarters: Oakland.
