About The Position

We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Supervisor to join the group responsible for Brand, Content & Culture. You will also help ensure portfolio consistency by supporting production budget forecasting, monitoring and actualization. Additionally, you will serve as a primary contact for Marketing Operations to maintain smooth and efficient workstreams. This role combines creative marketing and content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and focused project management. It suits someone who enjoys connecting dots, coordinating complexity, and supporting teams to work more efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, coordinated communications, project/account management, campaign operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting campaign management or portfolio stewardship, preferably within a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Strong project management skills — the ability to coordinate complex workstreams, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Experience in budget forecasting, monitoring, and actualization, or collaborating closely with Marketing Ops/Finance teams.
  • Strong ability to convey information clearly and to positively impact colleagues across teams.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data and input into actionable steps.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining composure — able to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Growth mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.

Nice To Haves

  • A natural ability to build clarity from complexity — connecting dots across teams, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
  • A proactive, operationally minded approach that elevates the team’s ability to plan, forecast, and complete initiatives.
  • Strong stewardship instincts: you keep teams aligned, surface risks early, and help ensure work is consistent, coordinated, and on strategy.
  • A perspective centered on working well with others and passion for enabling great work across BCC, Marketing Ops, and broader US Marketing.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager to guide preparation, planning, and delivery of FAP workstreams, ensuring solid cross-functional coordination and readiness.
  • Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables needed to support the FAP planning calendar.
  • Maintain visibility across portfolio campaigns and workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and seamless integration across channels.
  • Track progress of each initiative, monitor risks, highlight gaps, and support decision-making for prioritization and sequencing.
  • Act as the day-to-day bridge to Marketing Operations, ensuring smooth coordination across systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups for cross-functional meetings and leadership touchpoints.
  • Uphold organized project oversight and detailed documentation to ensure teams stay coordinated and on track.
  • Help strengthen BCC’s culture of collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence
  • Model a proactive approach that elevates clarity and drives progress.
