About The Position

The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides day to day quality, regulatory, and compliance oversight of behavioral health clinical case review activities across all lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. This role ensures that behavioral health utilization management (UM) and care management reviews are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, including mental health parity standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience.
  • 3 years - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health utilization management, care management, or clinical review within a health plan or managed care setting.
  • Familiarity with mental health parity principles and utilization management oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory support role within behavioral health or medical management.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or highly collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to audit support, quality monitoring, or compliance activities related to behavioral health.
