SUPERVISOR – BEDRE CAFÉ The Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure high-quality food, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service. This role leads and supports team members, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards, while maintaining efficiency, resolving issues, and delivering consistent and positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards meet company expectations.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team development to support operational needs.
  • Support inventory management, including monitoring product levels and receiving deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both guests and employees.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding operational performance and needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation as required.
  • Participate in training initiatives and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Step in to support service or operational tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.
