About The Position

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the Banquet department, including supporting Banquet Supervisors and staff with the successful execution of events within Resorts World standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Delphi, Micros, Kronos, or Meeting Matrix
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least three years of directly related operational management experience at a similar leadership level
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to successfully mentor a team
  • Polished appearance and demeanor
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain the following: Alcohol Awareness Card Food Handling Card Non-Gaming Card

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting

  • Inspections of areas to make sure that we are adhering to Health and Safety
  • Motivate and Mentor employees
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
