Banquet Catering Supervisor Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed Organize work area and storage area Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event Respond promptly and courteously to requests Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them Carry trays with multiple drinks on it. Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
