About The Position

Leads day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operation, responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provides highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality, Lean, CI, or related manufacturing roles
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience
• Ability to teach, mentor, and coach across operational levels
• Experience with systematic problem solving
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times.
• Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
• Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture.
• Develops and enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
• Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
• Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings
• Identifies and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer delivery
• Leads waste elimination projects
• Guides development of the model cell
• Promotes and executes TPM programs
• Establishes OEE baselines and improvement targets
• Creates a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement
