Assist leadership with associate training and development, partner with leadership in addressing performance and providing feedback Operational Excellence: Supervise staff on day-to-day activity, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, shipping and use of tools and equipment. Supervise back of house associates to ensure goods are received, in-bound receipts processed and priced. Manage the UPS inbound deliveries monitor to prioritize the daily workload. Assign and manage daily responsibilities of stock and operations associates. Create andmunicate store replenishment strategy. Support floor moves and selling floor is stocked throughout the day. Process andanization of supplies. Be knowledgeable of stock including quantity, how many units are on hand, what is selling and what is not. Understand and enforcepany policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and auditpliance to protect thepany's inventory and assets. Ensure a safe, clean andpliant environment.

Requirements

Willingness to work in and promote a team oriented environment
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, results driven and flexible to change
Minimum 1-2 year experience in a retail industry of relevant experience as a stock associate
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
Utilize support tools found in a warehouse/offsite
Ability to load boxes in and out of delivery truck (offsite only)
Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high energy and high traffic environment
Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Standing for extended periods of time
On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
