Schedule Details: This 1.0 FTE commits to 40 hours per week. Hours are predominately M-F 8 hour shifts 9-5:30. Occasional variation may be needed based on the business needs associated to assigned locations. This is not a seasonal or temporary position. What You Will Do: Accountable for directing and coordinating the daily operations and workflow for a defined group of individuals within the ProHealth Care Retail pharmacies. Oversees the daily operation of the pharmacy in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as regulatory, organizational, and department guidelines. Works in collaboration with the pharmacy director, pharmacy manager, and the ProHealth care leadership team to transform organizational goals and values into everyday practice. Assures that current and future pharmacy services are provided in a high quality manner to all patients and family members and ensures a culture of safety in accordance with ProHealth Care philosophies, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Minimum Technical Experience: 2-3 Years
  • Minimum Certification/Licensure: United States Driver’s License, RPh

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Leadership Experience: 1-2 Years
  • Specialized Expertise: Contract management, Payer relations, Specialty pharmacy and Limited Distributed Drugs, Pharmacy Administration
