This is an "Essential In-Office" position, not eligible for working remotely or from home This posting is for the 3rd shift Items of Note: This is an ESSENTIAL IN-OFFICE opportunity located in ISC East PIM (Printing, Inserting & Mailing) We are a 24-hour production environment working 5 days per week, 3 shifts and occasional weekends Supervisor positions can be rotated to different shifts and shift flexibility is required for development and business needs. Shifts will vary by function, see samples below: • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM-3:15 PM • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM-11:15 PM CST (10% Shift differential applies) • 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM CST (15% Shift differential applies)

Responsibilities

Provides supervision and direction for area of responsibility under general direction from Administrative Services leadership
Performs selection, development, coaching and performance evaluations for employees within area of responsibility
Adheres to enterprise policies, procedures, applicable laws, legal requirements, and risk management and compliance regulations
Manages staffing and expenses with direction from Administrative Services leadership
Develops and monitors business goals, plans, and budgets for the assigned areas
Makes recommendations that align with department and enterprise strategies and goals
Helps to create and maintain an inclusive work environment conducive to employee motivation, teamwork, superior customer service, quality, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and productivity
Requires involvement in company approved educational programs as applicable for continued development; may include but is not limited to: supervisor skills developmental programs, courses related to specific areas of responsibility, possible technical or vocational courses and programs, or training programs made available by vendors and or contractors
May work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Job could require incumbent travel via commercial transportation and/or driving motor vehicles to other State Farm locations, vendor facilities, or to receive training

Potential starting salary range: $78,081.25 - $99,540.63
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 18% of base salary
