As an Accounting Supervisor, you will support the accounting functions of SeaWorld and Aquatica San Antonio by performing various daily functions to ensure accurate financial results are being generated and overall SeaWorld Entertainment corporate policies are being followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively across team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Support Park stakeholders in the requisition process
• Support Park stakeholders in the budgeting
• Support Park stakeholders and AP in invoice processing
• Assist corporate in clearing GRIR discrepancies
• Support accounts receivable by processing payments received locally
• Prepare journal entries, coordinate period-end accruals, performs operating expense reporting and analyses
• Track, pay, and analyze park utility bills
• Support quarterly inventory counts and recognition
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
