Are you excited about this Supervision Counselor job? As a Part-Time Supervision Counselor, your daily responsibilities will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for clients. You will supervise and engage with youth during their activities, ensuring their well-being and fostering positive interactions. You'll facilitate group discussions and activities that promote collaboration and critical thinking, while also monitoring client behavior to maintain a positive atmosphere. Building rapport with youth and staff will be key, as you work to cultivate relationships that empower and inspire learners. Your role will involve communicating effectively with team members, documenting client progress, and participating in regular training and professional development opportunities.
