About The Position

Ellie Mental Health – Beachwood offers therapists a creative, supportive, and flexible work environment that removes the headaches of traditional practice. Our beautiful office near I-271 & Chagrin provides a private practice feel with strong corporate support. We handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and client matching so you can focus on providing world-class care. We value authenticity, humor, and connection — and we’re serious about supporting our clinicians both personally and professionally. Whether you're looking to grow your clinical skills, take on leadership opportunities, or simply enjoy a healthy work-life balance, Ellie is the place to build a fulfilling career. We are especially seeking a LISW-S who is interested in supervising LSWs and stepping into a growing clinical leadership role within our team. As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.” Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health. In short, we’re just people helping people. Wanna join the herd?
