Installing underground cables for power transmission, power distribution, renewable energy and communication networks is a necessary step in hardening the electrical grid, delivering reliable communication networks, and integrating renewable energy into our existing systems. As a Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for underground cable installation projects; lead and support field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards; and plan, schedule, and manage materials, equipment, and manpower to achieve project goals and client satisfaction. Requirements

  • 8+ years of underground construction experience, preferably conduit, duct bank, or cable installation for power or communication systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical or management training preferred
  • OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and confined-space certifications (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop field crews while fostering a strong safety and quality culture
  • Ability to read and interpret civil and electrical drawings, site plans, and one-line diagrams; proficiency in Microsoft Office and field reporting tools
  • Travel required
