Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project Scheduling Software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

• Collaborate across departments to leverage your expertise and drive project success, from estimating to pre-construction and beyond.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Utilize your superior knowledge of plans, specifications, and systems to coordinate actions and achieve project goals efficiently.
• Champion quality assurance and quality control, conducting thorough inspections and holding subcontractors accountable for delivering top-notch results.
• Harness the power of scheduling software to communicate project alignments effectively and ensure seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the jobsite, overseeing layout planning, staging, and continuous field supervision to ensure project success.
• Proactively implement safety protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment for all.
• Document project progress meticulously, maintaining detailed logs and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
