About The Position

Klamath County School District (KCSD) serves nearly 7,000 students across small, deeply rooted rural communities in Southern Oregon. Schools are central to community life, and students are known, supported, and connected through strong academics, activities, and Career and Technical Education pathways. KCSD is seeking a Superintendent who understands rural education as a lived experience and who will listen first, build trust, and provide steady, student-centered leadership. The next leader will support dedicated staff, strengthen instructional coherence across schools, and expand meaningful pathways that prepare students for college, career, and life.
