Requirements

  • 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience
  • Proven experience in resinous flooring applications
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction-site operations, including problem‑solving and completing required documentation to ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor field employees' performance, update levels, and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Develop internal leaders by providing direction, training, and fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
  • Ensure all field personnel complete required training, documentation, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement quality-control practices to ensure consistent workmanship across projects.
  • Identify, source, and deliver needed tools, supplies, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct weekly site visits and attend progress meetings; promote safety, organization, and productivity.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and post weekly manpower schedule by 4pm each Thursday.
  • Manage customer relations and address client concerns appropriately.
  • Assist with flooring application as needed.
