Role Summary The Project Superintendent is the senior field execution leader responsible for safety, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and craft performance for assigned electrical scopes. This role converts the project execution plan into disciplined daily and weekly field operations, ensuring union craft personnel are positioned to perform efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The Superintendent serves as the primary conduit between on-site field operations and off-site project resources including Project Management, Planning/Layout/Design, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC/BIM), and Prefabrication teams.
