About The Position

No experience required We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Saw & Tooling Technician. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to maintain and inspect industrial saws and cutting tools that are critical to our production process. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (or willing to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well on a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, machining, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow standard procedures for maintaining industrial saws and cutting tools
• Inspect saw blades and tooling for wear or defects
• Maintain and repair saw blades using hand tools and machines (training provided)
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy
• Help keep machines running efficiently by paying attention to detail
• Work closely with teammates to support daily production needs
• Take on additional tasks as you grow in the role
