Super Trainer

Reports to

Manager, Program & Training Development

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Bike Train-the-Trainer and Road Train-the-Trainer.
Lead New Bike Training.
Deliver Future Newbees Training.
Manage the training day:
Preparing materials, e.g. printing attendance, helmet labels, and other duties as assigned.
Coordinating equipment and driving a rental or company van.
Oversee the agenda and structure to run on time.
Provide support and feedback to Trainers and attendees.
Deliver Camp Leader Training with the Regional Operations Team.
Know and understand all the training materials.

Requirements

• Confident leadership and decision making.
• Training, coaching and feedback experience.
• Ability to speak to and engage large groups of up to 70 people.
• Adaptable to challenges with problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license and legally able to drive a rental van in your region.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing a Pedalheads camp or delivering Pedalheads training is an asset.
