About The Position

We embrace innovation and creativity to reach people effectively, with multiple locations serving communities across the greater Seattle area and Southern Washington. The Sunday Experience Pastor/Director is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for every person who walks through our doors. This role oversees all guest-facing volunteer teams, including greeters, ushers, parking, hospitality, and the safety team.

Requirements

A relational leader who naturally connects with people and builds strong volunteer teams.
Someone with high ownership who notices details and takes initiative to improve the guest experience.
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, Sunday-focused environments and enjoys executing at a high level.
A person who loves to reach families with little to no church background.
Someone who will make Timberlake their church home.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Sunday Experience teams, including greeters, ushers, parking, hospitality, and safety.
Build, recruit, and develop a strong volunteer base that is engaged, equipped, and aligned with the culture of Timberlake.
Plan and execute a seamless Sunday morning experience, ensuring every environment is prepared, staffed, and executed with a high level of excellence.
Create and maintain a culture where every guest feels noticed, welcomed, and cared for from the parking lot to the auditorium.
Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
