2026 Summer Youth Internship (age 14-15) - Atlanta Fire and Rescue Department
About The Position
As part of Atlanta Fire Rescue ongoing initiative to engage the community's youth in meaningful employment experiences, we are proud to announce the second year of our Summer Youth AFRD Internship. In alignment with Mayor Andre Dickens' and Fire Chief Roderick Smith's focus on youth engagement and career exposure in the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), we invite local high school students to participate in this enriching program. Due to the competitive nature of this program, candidates are encouraged to come prepared to discuss their interest in the opportunity, the value they can bring to the program, and what they hope to learn.
