We now have Summer Student Employment positions available for the 2025 summer. Summer / Winter Help Students may work in a variety of different departments at Belmark. Overview Responsible for inspecting and bundling various types of labels or tags according to customer specifications. Assist in all functions of the business.

Requirements

Knowledge of and the ability to speak the English language.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a High School Graduate.
Must be enrolled in college/technical college for Fall of 2025.
Non-sales job postings are limited to residents in the states of Wisconsin and Arizona only.

Responsibilities

Responsible for bundling labels or tags according to customer specifications.
Inspecting and removing bad tags.
Maintain quality, productivity, and waste according to set standards.
Set up machines while ensuring the materials are placed correctly on them.
Meet customer specifications on their product.
Read and comprehend job order instructions.
Troubleshoot all problem areas.
Comply with all Belmark operating procedures and work instructions.
Keep work are neat and organized.
Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
