About The Position

This internship offers an opportunity to support the President, COO, and Operations Team across a range of initiatives. Key areas include development initiatives such as exploring EV Charging options and rebates, managing and monitoring the HVAC transition program, and providing analytics reporting and recommendations. The role also involves spending several days per week at various community locations to perform audits and assist the onsite teams.

Requirements

• Collaboration with the President, COO, and Operation Team.
• Travel will be required as part of this position.
• Ability to travel to the Corporate Office, various apartment communities, and occasional events.

Responsibilities

• Support the President, COO and Operations Team with a variety of initiatives.
• Assist with certain development initiatives (EV Charging options/rebates).
• Manage and monitor the HVAC transition program.
• Perform analytics reporting and provide recommendations.
• Spend a few days per week at the various communities performing some audits.
• Assist with the onsite team at various communities.
• Assist with property audits.
• Explore IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) incentives for HVAC transitions.
• Support property operations.
• Perform other general duties.
