Basic Position Objective Statement: Provide staffing for seasonal employment needs during peak vacation periods in the mill. Work within various departments in the mill to support them with their tasks as needed. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work within various departments in the mill to perform various entry level tasks in a support role safely and identify unsafe behaviors, areas and methods. Complete and maintain productions records bother manually and with computer systems to maintain inventory control. Assist with the manufacture and shipment of quality finished projects that meets or exceed established production standards. Perform clean-ups as required. Maintain a clean, organized environment in the work areas. Perform general miscellaneous functions and other jobs as assigned by crew managers or other members of management.
