Requirements

  • Enrolled in 2nd year or above Bachelor Degree program in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering program.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation related to outage projects.
  • Input and update information in databases and software systems used for tracking outage project progress.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of outage activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Help in creating timelines and project schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment and materials needed for the outage.
  • Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries to ensure timely availability of resources.
  • Participate in safety meetings and help ensure that safety guidelines are followed during the outage.
  • Support field personnel by providing assistance during the execution of outage activities.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the Outage.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges encountered during the project.
  • Work closely with members of the turnaround / outage team as well as other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to outage / turnaround processes.
