Check out what it's like to work at Fleetwood! Fleetwood has openings in our Furniture division on day shift and night shift this summer! We are looking for students who want to work on our day shift (6am - 4pm) and night shift (8pm-6am) full-time during the summer. We work Monday through Thursday with overtime being reserved for Fridays. No experience is needed, all necessary training will be provided to you. You can work individually or with small teams. Responsibilities can include fabrication of metal and wood materials, product inspection and cleaning, and product assembly. Requirements

Demonstrates clear communication, both verbal and written, with peers and managers.
Self-motivated needing minimal supervision and has a good attendance record.
Physically able to perform rigorous daily activities and heavy lifting as needed.
Able to perform visual quality inspections
Is organized, does accurate work, and is attentive to details.
Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams as needed.
Demonstrate willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours as business needs require.
Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
Required to stand, walk, and use hands for the duration of the shift.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
