About The Position

This role is more than just a daycare job; it's a journey of learning, growth, thriving, and play. As a teacher at a child care center, you will be a difference maker, inspiring children to become lifelong learners. Specifically, as a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and developing fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. You will also take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards. Building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families is also a key aspect of the role, aimed at promoting child achievement and supporting the center's success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
